A self starter, Victor was born in Bridgeport, CT and went to live in Portugal with his grandparents at the age of 9. He returned to Bridgeport at the age of 23, when he began both his marriage to his wife Cristina and his career.
 
After working in the tool mold manufacturing and the plastic injection molding industries in both Portugal and the US, in 1988, Victor became licensed in the State of Connecticut and began working in the insurance industry as an agent. Victor worked within other insurance agencies before embarking on his own independent agency in 1994. Since that date, he has developed and presided over a prosperous insurance agency with two locations, earning respect from his clients as well as his peers along the way. Upon meeting Victor, you would immediately notice his highly motivated personality and distinguished business philosophy. He is compassionate and sensitive to the needs of those he meets within all cultural communities.

Victor has been an active member and past president of the Portuguese Vasco Da Gama Club located in Bridgeport, CT. Victor built a home in Trumbull as he wanted to be involved in the community that has allowed his business to grow.

A member of the organization, National Strategic Independent Agents Alliance, he is recognized within the organization as one of the leading independent agencies in Connecticut.

Victor has been volunteering for the CT Basket Brigade, a charity he sincerely supports, for many years and has earned the role of Regional Coordinator for the Northeastern United States Basket Brigade.  Victor’s passion and dedicated efforts have been instrumental in being able to expand the reach of the CT Basket Brigade. In November 2009 over 500 baskets were delivered to local area families in Bridgeport and New Haven.
